Mission & Vision (UNESCO School)

We believe it is essential to prepare our students for the international society of the future. We want to ensure that our students step into the world with an open mind and the confidence to follow their own path. We do this by offering challenging and active bilingual education. At our UNESCO school for MAVO, HAVO, VWO, and Gymnasium, everyone will develop quickly and feel at home.

The world is constantly changing. Economic, social, and technological developments are happening at a rapid pace. For students, it can be quite challenging to find their place in this international society. That’s why we believe it is important to prepare them for it.

From this vision, we create an environment where students and staff from diverse backgrounds learn from each other and work together. Bilingual education is provided in all departments, and as a UNESCO school, we encourage students to explore the world by focusing on culture, economy, humanitarian developments, and science.

We want to prepare our students for the future. Together, we must shape today’s and tomorrow’s society. That’s why we encourage students to think independently, harness the power of diversity, and adopt a global perspective on life.

The Esprit Education Manifest outlines the core values we aim to represent—for our students, their parents, and our staff. It describes the mission and vision for education at the Esprit schools and serves as the foundation for our school plans. Want to learn more? Then take a look at the Education Manifesto:
